Do I need an appointment?

Yes, Appointments are required so that Patsy’s can ensure you receive the attention and care you deserve during your visit and to guarantee you a consultant and the ability to try on dresses. You are always welcome to stop by and look.

How long will my appointment last?

Bridal Appointments last approximately 1.5 hours.

What do I need to know before I come to my appointment?

We know you want to be prepared for your appointment. Check out our ‘Before You Arrive’  info to keep you in the know. 

Where is Patsy’s located?

Patsy’s is located at 2933 N. Henderson Ave. in the Knox-Henderson
neighborhood of Dallas, just off US-75 across from Tecovas & Warby Parker. Click here to view a map. We serve brides from across North Texas, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Garland,
and beyond. 

What are Patsy’s store hours?

Monday – Tuesday 10am-5pm
Wednesday – CLOSED (we’re resting up for you)
Thursday – 12pm-7pm
Friday – Saturday – 10am-5pm
Sunday – CLOSED

What makes Patsy’s different from other bridal boutiques in Dallas?

A few things set us apart: 35+ years serving Dallas and North Texas brides, a carefully curated collection that gives you beautiful options without the overwhelm, and a team of experienced consultants who lead with honest advice — not pressure. We’re also a Knot Hall of Fame winner, which means thousands of brides have loved their experience here. We’re not the biggest boutique in Dallas, and that’s intentional. Every appointment matters to us.

What kind of styles can I expect to find at Patsy’s?

We carry a wide selection of modern wedding gowns. You can expect to find trend-forward dresses as well as classic and timeless styles. Our selection of wedding dresses offers something for any bride, including clean, simple, sophisticated styles with minimalist vibes, as well as romantic, feminine, and elegant styles that evoke timeless charm.

What is the price range of gowns carried at Patsy’s?

Our special order bridal gowns start at $2,300 and go up to $6,500. Sample
gowns from our floor are also available at a discount — a great option if you
have a shorter timeline or are looking for extra value.

Does Patsy’s only carry special order gowns?

Most of our bridal gowns are available by special order. However, Patsy’s does sell sample gowns at a discount.

Do you carry wedding dresses for plus-size brides?

Absolutely. We believe every bride deserves to feel stunning, regardless of size or shape. Our Every Body Every Bride collection offers a range of styles in extended sizing — from classic and romantic to modern and minimalist. Our consultants are experienced in styling all body types and are here to help you find the dress that makes you feel the most like you.

How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend starting your search 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. Most of our designers take approximately five months to produce a gown, and you’ll want extra time for shipping, fittings, and alterations. If your wedding is sooner, don’t panic — rush orders are often available, and we also carry sample gowns that are available immediately. Give us a call and we’ll help you figure out the best path forward.

How many people should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend bringing 2 to 3 people whose opinions you truly trust — your mom, maid of honor, or a close friend who knows your style. Smaller groups tend to create a more focused, enjoyable experience. When too many voices weigh in, it can make the decision harder, not easier. If you’d like to bring a larger group, just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yikes! Why am I ordering a different size than I normally wear?

Don’t be afraid! It is not unusual to order a size or two larger in your bridal gown than you would typically choose in ready to wear garments. Sizing depends upon each designer’s individual size chart.

Can Patsy’s ship my wedding gown?

You bet! We can ship your wedding gown and accessories anywhere in the U.S. for an additional fee and if you are out of state you will incur NO SALES TAX!

Does Patsy’s do alterations?

Patsy’s does not perform in-house alterations. However,  we are proud to recommend the most experienced bridal seamstress teams in North Texas for off-site alterations and we will help facilitate transportation and pressing with an added service fee. Please discuss charges and estimates with your consultant.

What forms of payment does Patsy’s accept?

Cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
